Isaac says...

We were riding in the back of our little horse-drawn buggy down the Agra
road towards the Taj Mahal, and Isaac was staring open-mouthed at the
skinny, henna-ed horse pulling us. "Mommy," he said, "do we know anyone
related to a horse so we could ride him?" Of course, we all know what
he meant, but I couldn't stop giggling. "No, honey, I don't know any
centaurs, and remember centaurs don't like being ridden, anyway". What
was I supposed to say? We actually did get to do quite a bit of
horseback riding one day in Thailand on some rather small horses, so
Isaac was able to ride alone, out into the meadow even, which was quite
thrilling for a 6 year old. Fun for all, really.
