"Captain Grumpy", a tortoise we found on the hills the other day and
brought home. He's enjoying the plentiful grass and many hiding
places, dreadfully absent on the hills, but not enjoying Daniel's
hasty movements and tendency to pick him up and carry him upside-down.
Uf da. No salmonella outbreaks, so I think he'll stay. He's
"harom", someone will be defiled and unable to pray if they touch him,
so we haven't mentioned him to anyone except Umid, who helped us catch
him and bring him home ;-)
